Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The specialist will design and implement quality assurance processes, monitor adherence to standards, and perform regular reviews of documentation and workflows related to real estate operations.

Daily tasks include developing and updating quality control checklists, conducting remote audits of processes and records, analyzing data to identify trends and risks, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for leadership. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, supporting compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for service or operations environments.
- Experience with Quality Management systems and frameworks applied to organizational processes.
- Knowledge of Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar structured compliance standards and their documentation requirements.
- Competence in Quality Auditing, including planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property management sectors is an advantage.
