Job Title: Quality Associate

Department: Quality / Quality Control / Quality Assurance

Location: Oragadam, Chennai

Reports To: Quality Manager / QA-QC Incharge

Qualification:

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry

Experience:

- 0 to 5 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Experience in manufacturing / chemical / process industry will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Conduct laboratory testing as per standard procedures and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of test results, reports, and quality documents
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify non-conformities and report deviations to the supervisor
- Support in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality norms




- Assist in internal audits and quality system implementation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory/work area
- Coordinate with production and other departments for quality-related issues

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of chemical testing and laboratory practices
- Understanding of quality standards and documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
