We are looking for a Quality Inspector with experience in Fibre Glass/FRP Moulding to ensure product quality from incoming material inspection through final dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection inward, in-process and finished/outward materials.
- Prepare inspection reports and documentation for Third Party/Customer Reports
- MIS preparation
- Read engineering drawings and perform technical measurements/calculations
- Conduct Time & Motion Studies and prepare product One-Page Charts
- Handle customer queries and quality complaints
- Coordinate with Production and Sales teams for quality-related issues
- Maintain calibration records of measuring and testing equipment
- Support 5S activities and worker quality training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical/FRP/Fibre Glass inspection
- Reading and Understanding of Engineering drawing
- Measuring Instruments reading Vernier, Micrometer and other instruments
- Fire Test all as per Railway Specification will be preferred
- Experience in Railways/RITES documentation and fire testing will be preferred
- Valuable knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and quality reporting
