Role Description The Quality Assurance Advisor is a full-time hybrid role based in Odisha, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the individual monitors and evaluates processes, services, and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quality audits, analyzing data and trends, preparing reports, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The advisor collaborates with operational teams to implement quality management practices, supports training on quality procedures, and follows up on action plans to drive continuous improvement.



The role also involves documenting findings, maintaining quality records, and providing clear feedback to stakeholders to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to monitor processes, inspect deliverables, and verify compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct systematic reviews, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, recognize patterns, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Relevant experience in quality-related roles within services or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
