We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional with robust hands-on expertise across Accounts Payable, Cash Flow Management, Vendor Reconciliation, Lease Accounting and Compliance.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and high-volume vendor transactions
- Drive weekly/monthly cash flow planning and AP vs AR alignment
- Ensure timely vendor, statutory and intercompany payments
- Monitor ageing, overdue balances, accruals and provisions
- Manage rental and manpower cost booking and AP accruals
- Drive month-end financial closure and reconciliation
- Handle lease and cost reconciliations and variance analysis
- Manage vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve payment/TDS queries
- Coordinate TDS and statutory compliance activities
- Support internal and statutory audits
- Prepare MIS, cash flow, ageing and projection-vs-actual reports
- Partner with operations, procurement,
vendors and internal finance teams
- Identify process gaps and drive financial control/process improvements
? IDEAL PROFILE
10 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience with strong exposure to:
✔ Accounts Payable / AP Operations
✔ Cash Flow Planning & Working Capital
✔ Vendor Reconciliation & Vendor Management
✔ Accrual Accounting & Cost Booking
✔ Month-End Closure
✔ TDS / GST / Statutory Compliance
✔ MIS & Financial Reporting
✔ Audit & Financial Controls
✔ ERP – Oracle preferred
✔ Lease Accounting / Global Shared Services exposure preferred
