Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and monitor project progress.

- Conduct site visits to verify quantity takeoffs and resolve discrepancies.

- Develop bill of quantities (BOQ) for civil projects.

- Create bar bending schedules and contractor bills.

- Ensure accurate estimation and costing of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.

- Proficiency in preparing BOQ, estimating quantities, monitoring project progress, creating BBS, generating contractor bills, and ensuring accuracy in material costing.
