- Position: QS / Billing Engineer

- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years

- Location: Kochi, Kerala

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech Civil Engineering graduate

- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing

- Valuable understanding of construction estimation, measurement, and billing procedures

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and BOQs based on drawings and project requirements.

- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.





- Take and verify site measurements for billing purposes.

- Check quantities and rates against approved drawings, BOQs, and work orders.

- Coordinate with the site team, contractors, and project engineers regarding measurements and billing.

- Assist in preparing variations, extra items, and reconciliation statements.

- Maintain proper documentation and records related to quantities and billing.

- Monitor work progress and ensure accurate measurement and billing.

- Assist the project team with cost estimation and quantity-related matters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
