Hiring – QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in engineering manufacturing / fabrication. Candidates with experience in pressure vessels, skids, piping, gas trains, valves, regulators, industrial equipment or similar products are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection of materials, components and fabricated equipment.
- Inspect raw materials, pipes, flanges, valves, regulators, filters, pressure gauges, fasteners, castings and bought-out items.
- Verify MTC, Test Certificates, Calibration Certificates, Inspection Reports and Supplier Quality Documents.
- Carry out stage inspections for fabrication, welding, assembly and finishing.
- Inspect products as per Engineering Drawings, GA Drawings, P&ID;, Datasheets, QAP, ITP and customer specifications.
- Coordinate/perform Hydro Testing, Pneumatic Testing, Pressure Testing and Leak Testing.
- Check welding, fabrication and dimensional requirements.
- Inspect painting/coating, including surface preparation, blasting, DFT (Dry Film Thickness) and coating requirements.
- Coordinate Customer / TPI inspections and keep required documents and equipment ready.
- Identify NCR / Non-Conformities, quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection records, test reports and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with Production,



Stores, Purchase, Planning, Design, Vendors and Customers.
- Ensure quality clearance and documentation completion before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain traceability and QC records and make basic ERP / Excel entries.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant QA/QC experience in engineering manufacturing/fabrication.
- Hands-on shop-floor inspection experience is important.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with vendors, production teams and inspectors.
- Good documentation, communication and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with only general quality documentation experience without shop-floor inspection exposure may not be suitable.
