Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality testing and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products.
- Perform chemical and physical testing as per approved specifications and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, GMP and company procedures.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, COA and quality documentation.
- Monitor and verify product quality at different stages of manufacturing.
- Handle laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
- Identify deviations, non-conformities and out-of-specification (OOS) results and support CAPA.
- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams for quality-related issues.
- Conduct stability testing and maintain stability records, wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper sampling, labeling and storage of samples.
- Support internal audits and regulatory/customer inspections.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the quality laboratory.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile Candidate Preference: Candidates with experience specifically in Cosmetics & Personal Care industry will be preferred. Experience in other industries will not be considered.
