We have an opening with one of the leading BFSI Company for the role of Tech & Digital QA Engineer.

Role & responsibilities

- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and QA leads for test strategy & execution.
- Understand Quality of Service parameters, including Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
- Capture traceability between Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Code Artifacts, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
- Present Quality Metrics for projects and propose strategies to identify and reduce bugs.
- Perform end-to-end testing through all cycles: Integration, System, Smoke, Regression, Automation, Performance, Security, and Stress Testing.
- Document testing results and benchmarks.
- Manage metadata for all Test Scripts and Test Results.
- Create and execute test plans, identifying,



isolating, and tracking bugs.
- Maintain compliance with Bank regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure automation of Test Cases and integration into DevOps/CICD pipeline.

Key Skills: Testing Strategy, BFSI Domain, Non-Functional Requirements, Manual and Automation Testing, Team Management.

Knowledge of testing tools and Atlassian products for defect tracking.

Understanding of Up-to-date Technology Stacks.

Ability to prioritize functionalities and bugs for quick rollouts.
