Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Chemist with 2–6 years of relevant experience to join our team at Ruby, Kolkata. The candidate should have good knowledge of chemical handling, testing, laboratory procedures, documentation, and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform chemical testing and analysis as per standard procedures.
- Handle chemicals, laboratory equipment, and samples safely.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, observations, and reports.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure products/samples meet required standards.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.
- Identify and report any abnormal test results or quality issues.
- Coordinate with production/quality teams whenever required.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of chemicals.
- Support routine laboratory and quality-control activities.

Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant field.
- Experience:



2–6 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and chemical handling.
- Basic knowledge of quality control/testing methods.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
