About the Role

Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a QC Engineer to ensure the quality of raw materials, components, processes, and finished products. The candidate will work closely with Production, R&D;, PPC, and other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.
- Inspect sheet metal and stainless-steel components as per drawings and specifications.
- Check dimensions, tolerances, finishing, welding, bending, assembly, and workmanship.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, 2D drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.
- Identify and document quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper quality records.
- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality problems.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality at different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Maintain records of rejection, rework, defects, and quality performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality inspection checklists and SOPs.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and rework.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 1–4 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in sheet metal, stainless steel, fabrication, furniture, modular kitchen, automobile, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and inspection methods.
- Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Measuring Tape, and other inspection instruments.
- Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and CAPA.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
