Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Full Stack / AI Developer with robust hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, Node.js, REST APIs, cloud technologies, LLM, NLP, Enterprise Search, and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves developing scalable web and AI applications, designing enterprise search solutions, implementing AI-driven search experiences, and contributing across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI application development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and related technologies.

- Develop and implement AI-powered applications and solutions using LLMs, NLP, and modern AI technologies.

- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions aligned with enterprise AI strategies and technology roadmaps.

- Design and develop Enterprise Search solutions, including search architecture, indexing strategies, OpenSearch, and AI-powered search capabilities.

- Develop AI-driven search experiences focused on improving search relevance, content discovery, and user experience.

- Independently drive complex technical solutions from architecture and solution design through development, deployment, and production support.

- Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and application components across Python and Node.js ecosystems.

- Deploy and support applications across AWS and Azure cloud environments.

- Own and support critical enterprise applications, ensuring application stability, enhancements, production support, and operational excellence.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.





- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and work with cross-functional teams to improve application performance, search relevance, and AI solution capabilities.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise AI, search, and application development practices.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development, full-stack development, and AI application development.

- Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, Node.js, REST APIs, and Web Applications.

- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud environments.

- Strong understanding of LLM, NLP, and AI-powered application development.

- Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions.

- Strong understanding of Enterprise Search technologies, search architecture, OpenSearch, and indexing strategies.

- Experience developing AI-driven search solutions and search experiences.

- Ability to independently drive technical solutions from architecture and solution design through implementation, deployment, and production support.

- Experience owning and supporting critical enterprise applications, including troubleshooting, enhancements, stability, and operational support.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies,



application architecture, and scalable web applications.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, development, architecture, cloud, and delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with advanced Agentic AI architectures and enterprise AI frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with OpenSearch and advanced indexing strategies.

- Experience integrating LLMs and NLP capabilities into enterprise applications and search platforms.

- Experience with AI-powered enterprise search and semantic search solutions.

- Experience with microservices and cloud-native application architectures.

- Experience with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of modern full-stack development frameworks and technologies.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Relevant cloud, AI/ML, or technology certifications are an added advantage.
