Job Overview

RV Institute of Technology is looking for a skilled and passionate Python Full Stack & Data Analytics Trainer to train and mentor engineering students in programming, web development, and data analytics.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Python and the ability to deliver hands-on, project-based training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and theory sessions on Python programming.
- Train students in Python Full Stack Development.
- Teach frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic responsive web development.
- Train students in backend development using Python, Django / Flask.
- Work with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Teach Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib.
- Train students in Data Analysis and Data Visualization.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments and mini-projects.
- Conduct coding assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Guide students in developing real-world projects.
- Help students improve their problem-solving and programming skills.
- Maintain training-related records, assessments and student progress reports.
- Collaborate with faculty members and the technical team for student skill-development activities.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- Strong knowledge of Python




- Good programming and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SQL / MySQL
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of Python Full Stack Development
- Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct practical coding sessions

- Django / Flask
- REST APIs
- Git & GitHub
- Power BI / Tableau
- Data cleaning and preprocessing
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning
- Experience in conducting coding/training programs

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant industry/training/teaching experience.
- Freshers with strong practical skills and project experience may also be considered based on performance.

What We Expect The candidate should be able to teach by doing, not just explain theory. Candidates with experience in student training, coding bootcamps, software development, or industry-oriented technical training are preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills, experience and interview performance.
