Role & responsibilities

1. Manage RM &
- PM procurement

as per production requirements.

- Plan purchases based on production, stock & consumption.

- Source, develop & manage reliable vendors.

- Negotiate price, quality, MOQ, payment & delivery terms.

- Ensure timely material availability without production stoppage.

- Manage all packaging materials including films, cartons, labels, sleeves & corrugated boxes.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality &

- Finance

for requirements.

- Monitor supplier quality, delivery, rejection & claims.

- Develop alternate suppliers for critical materials.

- Control purchase cost, inventory, excess & slow-moving stock.

- Maintain POs, quotations, comparisons & purchase records.





- Monitor vendor performance and market prices.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 4-5 years FMCG Purchase experience is mandatory.

2. Strong experience in RM &
- PM Purchase

.

- Experience in food/FMCG manufacturing preferred.

- Vendor development, negotiation & cost control.

- Good knowledge of inventory, purchase planning and supplier management.

- Strong follow-up and coordination with Production, Stores &

- Quality.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel &

- ERP

.

- Ability to ensure timely material availability and cost-effective purchasing.
