Key Responsibilities: Identify and source suitable properties/land for the company
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers and channel partners
- Conduct property visits and collect property details
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with owners
- Coordinate with the management and legal team for documentation
- Follow up and assist in closing property acquisition deals
Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Acquisition / Land Acquisition / Property Dealing
- Good knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market
- Robust negotiation and communication skills
- Good network with property owners and brokers will be an advantage
