We are looking for a smart, responsible, and ownership-driven Purchase Manager to handle procurement operations efficiently and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing complete purchase and procurement operations.
- Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and rate finalization.
- Comparing quotations and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
- Following up with suppliers for timely delivery and dispatch.
- Maintaining purchase records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinating with logistics, accounts, and operations teams.
- Monitoring market rates and identifying better procurement opportunities.
- Ensuring proper planning to avoid shortages or delays.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valuable analytical and decision-making ability.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination capability.
- Good knowledge of:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Email communication
- Basic office and computer operations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Mandatory Requirement





- Prior experience in Purchase/Procurement operations is compulsory.
- Candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply.

- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capability.
- Candidate from trading, supply, logistics, or contractor background will be preferred.

Salary Range

- ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
