About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for IBMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Security, Automation, and IT Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, and international suppliers.
- Prepare costing, comparison sheets, negotiate prices, payment terms, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Manage international imports, shipping, customs documentation, and HSN classification.
- Coordinate with finance for vendor payments, budgets, and credit management.
- Plan material availability according to project and site requirements.




- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, product quality, and inventory.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Requirements
- Relevant procurement/sourcing experience in ELV, IBMS, CCTV, Fire Security, Access Control, Automation, or IT Infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of international procurement and import procedures.
- Strong negotiation, costing, Excel, and ERP skills.
- Good understanding of HSN codes, customs documentation, and logistics.
