Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to coordinate with vendors, collect pricing, follow up on deliveries, and identify and onboard new suppliers. The ideal candidate is organised, communicates clearly, and follows up consistently to keep purchasing activities on track.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with vendors to complete rate sheets and submit quotations on time.

- Check quotations for missing prices or details and coordinate with vendors to complete them.

- Follow up on orders, track delivery timelines, and resolve delays with suppliers.

- Identify new vendors based on product requirements, pricing, and delivery capability.

- Coordinate vendor onboarding, including collecting required documents and maintaining vendor records.





- Maintain updated records of quotations, orders, and delivery status.

- Coordinate with internal teams on purchase requirements and pending deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of purchasing, vendor management, and quotation comparison.

- Ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking rates and orders.

- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vendor follow-ups.

- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor coordination is preferred.
