Role Description The Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and processing purchase orders in line with company policies. The role involves tracking inventory levels, coordinating with internal departments for material requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Executive will maintain vendor records, evaluate supplier performance,



and support cost optimization while ensuring quality and compliance with agreed terms.

Responsibilities also include resolving purchase-related discrepancies, preparing regular reports, and supporting overall procurement planning and budgeting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in procurement operations, purchase order processing, and vendor management.
- Ability to conduct price comparisons, negotiate with suppliers, and support cost control initiatives.
- Experience with inventory tracking, material planning, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word) and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
- Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related roles; experience in recruitment or service-oriented businesses is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
