We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager with a background in the interiors and furniture industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring timely material delivery, and maintaining quality standards while optimizing procurement costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and dealers in the interiors and furniture industry.

- Purchase & Procurement: Manage the complete purchasing process for furniture, interior materials, hardware, fittings, furnishings, and other project-related requirements.

- Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.

- Purchase Orders: Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines.

- Material Planning: Coordinate with project, design,



and execution teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability.

- Quality Control: Ensure all procured materials meet the required quality standards, specifications, and approved samples.

- Delivery Coordination: Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials as per project deadlines.

- Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain procurement expenses within the approved budget.

- Documentation: Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, vendor details, and procurement transactions.

- Vendor Evaluation: Assess vendor performance based on pricing, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the accounts, warehouse, project management, and design teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Pay: ₹30,995.20 - ₹80,819.10 per month
