Role Description This is a full time, on-site(corporate office) Purchasing Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Purchasing

Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying requirements from project teams, preparing and processing purchase requisitions and orders, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services. The role includes evaluating vendor quotations, negotiating commercial and technical terms,



and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.

The Purchasing

Engineer will monitor inventory levels, support purchase planning in line with project schedules, and maintain accurate documentation and records of purchases. The role also involves collaborating closely with engineering, project management, finance, and site teams to optimize costs, reduce risks, and support uninterrupted project execution.

Qualifications. Having 1 to 5 years experience.

- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including purchase planning and purchase management.
- Proficiency in handling purchase orders and related documentation for engineering and construction projects.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating vendor proposals, cost comparisons, and procurement risks.
- Experience in MEP, electrical, or civil contracting environments, with familiarity in technical specifications for materials and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools for reporting and data management.
- Commitment to ethical purchasing practices, compliance with organizational policies, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
