Qualification: Diploma Electrical/Mechanical/Graduate / BBA / B.Com / MBA (Purchase/Operations) / Any relevant qualification

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Source and identify suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, ingredients, consumables, and other requirements.
- Collect and compare quotations from different vendors.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase-related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding price, availability, delivery schedules, and quality requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase reports, and relevant MIS.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics departments.
- Assist in vendor development and maintaining good supplier relationships.
- Support inventory and stock-related requirements to avoid material shortages.




- Ensure procurement is carried out as per company policies and approved specifications.
- Perform other purchase/procurement activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Purchase & Procurement processes.
- Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory, PO, quotation, GRN and invoice processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to maintain records and work with accuracy.
- ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Candidates from Food Processing, FMCG, Manufacturing, Procurement or Supply Chain backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
