- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, hospitals, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

- Promote home nursing and healthcare services to potential clients and referral partners.

- Visit hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations to generate referrals and business leads.

- Explain home care services, nursing packages, and available healthcare solutions to customers.

- Understand patient and family requirements and coordinate suitable services.

- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.

- Conduct follow-ups with patients, families, and referral sources to develop long-term relationships.

- Coordinate with nursing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Organize awareness programs,



health camps, and promotional activities to increase service visibility.

- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, referral details, and other PR and marketing documentation.
