Paragon Ventures Private Limited is looking for a motivated and responsible professional to join our Purchase Department. If you have solid communication skills, good negotiation abilities, and an interest in procurement and vendor management, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and procurement records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Monitor stock requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Follow company purchasing policies and procedures.




- Support the team in maintaining accurate procurement documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented are encouraged to apply.
