Job Title: Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop compelling proposals for RFPs, RFIs and other solicitations.

- Work with Sales, Technical and Management teams to understand client requirements.

- Create executive summaries, solution overviews, technical approaches, methodologies, case studies and resumes.

- Develop value propositions, win themes and client-focused content.

- Manage proposal timelines, coordination, reviews and deadlines.

- Review proposals for accuracy, quality, formatting, grammar and compliance.

- Maintain reusable proposal content, templates and knowledge repositories.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.

- Experience in Proposal Writing, preferably within the Software/Enterprise Software industry.

- Excellent writing,



editing and communication skills.

- Robust technical understanding and ability to explain technical concepts.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple proposals.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

- Knowledge of proposal management tools, proposal lifecycle and CRM is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
