Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for glass partition installations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role involves close collaboration with clients, vendors, and site teams to confirm requirements, manage expectations, and deliver projects on time.

The Project

Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain documentation,



and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Candidates should possess experience in logistics-focused functions, including Logistics Management and Expeditor responsibilities for coordinating materials and resources.
- Candidates should possess Inspection and quality control skills to verify that installations meet technical specifications and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in project tracking tools and basic MS Office; familiarity with construction or interior fit-out environments is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field; relevant project management certifications are preferred.
