Project Manager / Project Management Skilled

Experience: 6 to 10 Years Max

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST – Mandatory

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional with strong experience in managing end-to-end projects, stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and hands-on product/application activities.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on US Banking projects and should be comfortable working in the 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST shift.

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

Candidates must meet all the below requirements:

End-to-End Project Management

Proven experience managing projects through the complete project lifecycle, from initiation/planning through implementation and closure.

Strong experience in project planning, tracking, risk/issue management, status reporting and delivery coordination.

US Banking Experience – Mandatory

Hands-on experience working on US Banking / US Bank / US Financial Services projects.

Candidates with only generic BFSI, Indian banking or non-banking US client experience will not be considered.

Strong Stakeholder Management

Experience managing client/business/technical stakeholders.

Solid communication, escalation management, coordination and follow-up skills.

Individual Contribution / Hands-on Experience – Mandatory

Candidate should have hands-on involvement in product configuration, application/admin panel configuration, workflow setup, implementation or similar product-level activities.

Purely managerial/project coordination profiles without hands-on contribution will not be considered.

Team Management / Coordination – Mandatory

Experience managing or leading cross-functional/project teams.

Should be capable of coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables,



resolving dependencies and ensuring timely project execution.

Night Shift – Mandatory

Candidate must be willing and available to work 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation through implementation and closure.

Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.

Coordinate with US-based clients, business stakeholders and technical teams.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.

Conduct regular project/status meetings and provide progress updates.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Participate in product/application configuration and implementation activities.

Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

Support UAT, implementation, deployment and post-production activities as required.

Maintain project documentation, trackers, action items and status reports.

Identify delivery risks and proactively drive resolution.

Ensure effective communication between internal teams, clients and other stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SaaS / Product Implementation projects.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Confluence, MS Project or similar.

Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management experience.

Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with US-based clients/stakeholders.
