Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Mangalgiri, Andhra Pradesh

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, MBA, Project Management, Social Sciences, Technology or related discipline. Relevant project-

management certification is desirable.

Experience: 6–8 years of experience in project/programme management. Experience in healthcare, public health, government programmes, technology implementation or consulting preferred. Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing project timelines.

Role Purpose:

The Project Manager will manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring that activities are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards and budgets. The role will coordinate internal teams and stakeholders and support the Senior Project Manager in overall programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project plans and trackers.




- Coordinate project activities across different teams.
- Monitor timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project review meetings.
- Track risks, issues and dependencies.
- Ensure timely closure of action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for project requirements and approvals.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Monitor team deliverables and resource requirements.
- Escalate delays and critical issues.
- Support implementation and rollout activities.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately.
