- HSE Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on-site and ensure all construction meets technical specifications and building standards. Statutory &
- Regulatory Approvals: Coordinate with local authorities and consultants for necessary factory permits, NOCs, layout approvals, and safety clearances.

Team Leadership: Lead and guide on-site engineers, safety officers, supervisors, and labor crews to maintain productivity and smooth workflow.
