Key Responsibilities

Project

Planning &

- Execution

- Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, monitoring and successful completion of highway/ATMS/TMS/ITS projects.

- Highway / ATMS / TMS Project Management:

- Manage end-to-end implementation of ATMS, TMS, ITS and other highway technology solutions.

- Site Management

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day project execution at highway/project sites.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials and other resources

- Client &
- Consultant Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related coordination with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.

- Project Monitoring &

- Reporting

- Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones and deliverables.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.

- Resource &

- Vendor Management

- Plan manpower, material, equipment and machinery requirements based on project requirements.

- Quality &

- Technical Compliance

- Ensure all project activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQ and applicable standards.

- Cost &

- Commercial Control

- Monitor project costs and ensure effective utilization of approved project budgets.

- Control unnecessary expenditure and wastage at project sites.

- Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all applicable site safety, traffic management and statutory requirements.

- Risk Management &

- Problem Solving

- Identify potential project risks, execution challenges and dependencies in advance.

- Develop suitable mitigation and contingency plans.

- Project Closure &

- Handover

- Ensure completion of all project activities as per contractual scope.

- Coordinate testing,



commissioning, snag clearance and final inspections.

- Strong Project Management and Execution skills.

- Hands-on experience in Highway / ATMS / TMS / ITS projects.

- Strong knowledge of highway project execution and site operations.

- Good understanding of CCTV, VIDS, VMS, ECB, networking, communication and traffic management systems.

- Strong client and consultant coordination skills.

- Excellent manpower, vendor and subcontractor management skills.

- Strong planning, scheduling and monitoring capabilities.

- Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under project deadlines.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of project planning tools will be an advantage.Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics &

- Communication Engineering, IT/Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in highway infrastructure, ATMS, TMS, ITS or similar projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in project execution and management of highway projects.

- Candidates with experience in NHAI / EPC / Highway O&M; / ATMS / ITS / TMS projects will be preferred.

- Experience in handling multiple project sites and coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
