Position:

Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

Experience:

5+ Years in Commercial Interior Projects

Field - Interiors & finishing works in specific to commercial interiors ( Office Spaces, Hospital,etc)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute commercial interior projects from start to completion.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review and coordinate civil, MEP, ceiling, flooring, partitions, furniture, finishes, and other interior works.
- Identify project issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing, and project handover.

Required :
- 8–12 years of overall experience with robust hands-on experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Strong project management and site execution skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage commercial interior projects.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with relevant commercial interior experience will be preferred.

Qualification:
- BE Civil

Salary: Based on experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
