- Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and build detailed schedules and task breakdowns.
- Budgeting: Estimate costs and manage the project budget to prevent overspending.
- Resource Management: Assign tasks and coordinate internal and external teams.
- Risk Management: Spot potential problems early and create backup plans.
- Communication: Update stakeholders, run alignment meetings, and manage expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: Credentials like Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 are preferred by many employers.
- Experience: Three to five years of proven project management or coordination experience.
- Skills: Robust leadership, active communication, problem-solving, and negotiation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
