Role & responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end project delivery, planning, governance, budget, and risk management
- Manage external vendors and ensure successful delivery against project objectives
- Drive scope management, change requests, acceptance processes, and stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate business, technology, operations, finance, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, training, adoption, and hypercare activities
- Ensure successful transition from implementation to business-as-usual operations

Desired Skills & Expertise:

- Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms, portals, e-commerce, CRM, or similar transformation programs
- Solid experience in project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management,



budgeting, and execution
- Experience managing ERP integrations, data migration, and complex system implementations
- Delivered at least one full-lifecycle digital project through an external vendor, including scope management, acceptance, change control, and successful go-live
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills

Mandatory Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management Certification (Mandatory)

Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification
