Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The role involves coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects from initiation to completion.

- Support the Project Manager in preparing project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.

- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

- Track project progress, milestones, material requirements, and manpower deployment.

- Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, work orders, and project documentation.

- Review drawings and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve site-related issues.

- Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining the project budget.





- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at site.

- Conduct site meetings and maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow-up records.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

- Identify project risks, delays, and potential issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.

- Assist with inspection, testing, snagging, and project handover activities.

- Maintain proper records of project documents, approvals, drawings, reports, and correspondence.

- Prepare regular MIS and project progress reports for management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in construction/project coordination is preferred.

- Good knowledge of construction processes, site execution, and project management principles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
