Position: Project Manager – Residential Project Location: Silvassa Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, manage and execute residential construction projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage overall execution of residential construction projects

. - Coordinate with Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, contractors, vendors and consultants.
- Monitor RCC, civil, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works. - Manage flooring, tiling, plumbing, electrical and other MEP/finishing activities.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and daily/weekly progress. - Manage manpower, materials, machinery and contractors at site.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Review drawings, BOQ and work requirements and coordinate with consultants for clarifications

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction-related issues. - Ensure proper quality control, safety and housekeeping at the project site.
- Coordinate with clients/management and provide regular project progress updates. - Ensure timely completion and handover of the residential project.

Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in residential construction/project management. - Strong knowledge of complete residential building construction.
- Experience in handling contractors, labour and multiple site activities. - Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, estimation, billing and project planning.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to work on-site in Silvassa..

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
