Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Civil to lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and safety standards across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete lifecycle of civil construction projects from planning to handover.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines

Ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications

Handle site execution, billing, and cost control activities

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies





Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and project teams

Prepare MIS reports and present project updates to senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil)

15+ years of experience in civil construction projects

Strong knowledge of project management and execution

Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects

Positive understanding of billing, contracts, and BOQ

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel
