Job Requirements The engineer will be expected to possess the following skills:

- Design assessment with specific knowledge and experience of Aerostructures specific Design Principles and Practices.

- Good understanding of the manufacturing build sequence.

- Thorough understanding of the Design life cycle

- Strong product knowledge on Wings, Fuselage and High lift components

- Experience in mentoring and coaching the engineers.

- Very robust working Knowledge of regulatory requirements

- Competence in composite and metallic design

- Basic understanding of the stress analysis

- Thorough knowledge of different non conformities during the manufacturing

- Drawing reading

- Experience with tracking and reporting tools

The engineer will be expected to perform the following tasks:

- Develop methods and process to perform the design assessment of non-conformities

- Drive technical excellence

- Mentor and Guide potential design Signatories ( Both Tec

- Responsible for quality of the deliverables to customer

- Design validation.

- Technical queries resolution to the team members

- Implementation of modification and changes

- Drive continuous process improvement.

- Develop next level reviewers and technical experts

- Support technical proposal preparations
