Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Project In-charge (Civil Engineer) based in Bengaluru. The role involves leading and supervising civil construction activities, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met.

The Project

In-charge will oversee site execution, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety norms, and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include planning and scheduling work, managing resources, resolving technical issues, and preparing reports and documentation related to project status. The role also involves supporting stormwater management and other infrastructure works,



addressing on-site challenges, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of civil engineering projects.
- Experience in stormwater management and related infrastructure works, with the ability to interpret designs and implement practical solutions.
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities, including guiding site engineers, supervisors, and workers toward project goals.
- Proficiency in conducting site inspections, quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Practical experience in building or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban environments such as Bengaluru.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and local building regulations, along with basic proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
