Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Executive – Quality Assurance to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across residential interior projects. The role involves coordinating with design, project, site, and execution teams to identify quality gaps, ensure adherence to defined standards, and drive timely corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct project and site quality inspections at various stages of interior execution.

- Verify design drawings, BOQ/BOM, specifications, materials, and site execution against approved requirements.

- Identify quality deviations, workmanship issues, material defects, and execution gaps.

- Coordinate with Design, Project Management, Procurement, Production, and Site teams to resolve quality-related issues.

- Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, project trackers, and documentation.

- Track identified defects and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented within defined timelines.

- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.

- Monitor adherence to SOPs, quality standards, installation guidelines, and project specifications.

- Perform BOM vs. Site verification for modular furniture, hardware, accessories, countertops, trims, and other interior components.

- Inspect finished and semi-finished work for dimensions, alignment, finishing,



functionality, and workmanship.

- Support pre-handover quality inspections and ensure closure of punch points/snags.

- Maintain records of recurring defects and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, Kaizen, and process standardisation.

- Coordinate with site teams and vendors to ensure timely closure of quality observations.

- Participate in site audits and periodic quality reviews and prepare reports for management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Project Execution / Site Quality within the interior design, modular furniture, residential interiors, or construction industry.

- Robust understanding of interior execution and site processes.

- Experience in quality inspections, snagging, audits, and defect identification.

- Good understanding of BOQ/BOM, drawings, measurements, materials, and specifications.

- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and interior layouts.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of RCA, CAPA, SOPs, checklists, and quality documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking/reporting tools.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
