Engineering and Project Coordination

- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents, and ensure site execution follows them.

- Coordinate day-to-day with contractors, sub-contractors, and equipment vendors on schedules, quality, and progress.

- Oversee installation, commissioning, or construction activities as relevant (civil works, MEP, plant and machinery).

- Track progress against timelines and budgets, and flag deviations early.

- Support procurement through technical evaluation of quotations and vendor comparisons.

Liaison and Stakeholder Management

- Represent the company before local bodies, PWD, KSEB, Pollution Control Board, Fire and Rescue, Factories and Boilers, and other authorities for approvals, NOCs, and inspections.

- Prepare and follow up on statutory applications, and maintain an approvals tracker.

- Handle client and consultant meetings, site visits, and escalations professionally.

- Build and maintain working relationships with vendors, landowners, neighbours, and community stakeholders where needed.

- Communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical management and clients.

Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain site records, minutes of meetings, correspondence, and approval files.

- Prepare weekly progress reports and MIS for management.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Diploma holders with solid relevant experience may be considered).





- 2–3 years of experience in project execution, site coordination, or liaison roles.

- Working knowledge of local building rules, statutory approval processes, and safety norms.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.

- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence, and willingness to travel within Calicut and nearby districts.

Skills and Attributes

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage.

- Confident, presentable, and comfortable dealing with officials and senior stakeholders.

- Strong follow-up discipline and persistence in moving approvals forward.

- Problem-solving mindset, balancing technical accuracy with practical constraints.

- Integrity and sound judgment in regulatory dealings.

What We Offer

- Salary of ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, plus travel allowance.
