RESEARCH OPPORTUNITY | PROJECT ASSOCIATE-I | DBT-FUNDED PROJECT

Applications are invited for the position of Project Associate-I to work on a DBT-funded research project at Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D; Institute of Science and Technology, Avadi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Project: Production of soybean-based functional foods using microbial resources isolated from traditionally fermented foods of North East India

Essential Qualification:

M.Tech in Biotechnology / Food Technology / Food Process Engineering

Desirable:

- Experience in Food Process Engineering / Food Packaging / Modified Atmospheric Packaging
- Positive written and spoken English communication skills
- Willingness to travel for research activities

Fellowship:





- ₹39,370/month for candidates qualified in GATE/CSIR-UGC NET
- ₹31,750/month for other eligible candidates, as per project norms
