THE ROLE

As a Program Officer at ISRN, you will support the development and delivery of programmes while working closely with senior leadership and external partners.

The role combines programme management, research, proposal development, institutional engagement and strategic communication, with opportunities to contribute from idea to implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✍️ Proposal Development & Communication

Prepare proposals, concept notes, reports, presentations, official correspondence and programme briefs in clear and professional English and Hindi.

? Research & Programme Development

Research Government schemes, CSR priorities, development initiatives and emerging opportunities to support programme design, partnerships and institutional engagement.

? Institutional & Partnership Engagement

Coordinate with Government departments, CSR teams, corporates, NGOs and development organisations to facilitate meetings, discussions, partnerships and timely follow-ups.

? Programme Management

Support planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of programmes, ensuring activities remain on track and deliverables are completed effectively.

? Digital & AI-Enabled Productivity

Use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant digital/AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, presentations and workflow efficiency.





We are looking for a professional who is:

- Skilled in proposal writing, research and documentation
- Comfortable working with Government and institutional stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple assignments, timelines and priorities
- Solid in professional follow-through and relationship management

•A solid English & Hindi communicator

.Proactive, organised and self-driven

- Willing to travel as required

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

? Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Management, Rural Development or a related field.

? 3–5 years of relevant experience in the development/NGO sector, CSR, Government programmes, programme management or institutional partnerships.

PREFERRED

- Candidates based in Delhi NCR
- Experience in proposal development, research and programme documentation
- Prior exposure to Government, CSR, corporate or development-sector organisations
- Experience in multi-stakeholder programme coordination
