About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Infrastructure Services to lead large-scale infrastructure delivery programs, managed services engagements, and strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in infrastructure operations, service delivery, stakeholder management, vendor governance, and program execution. This role requires a seasoned leader capable of managing complex multi-customer portfolios, driving operational excellence, overseeing large delivery teams, and ensuring successful execution of programs aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.

What You'll Do:

- Lead large-scale infrastructure programs and managed services engagements across multiple customers.
- Interface with executive leadership, IT management teams, business stakeholders, and end users to define business, operational, and financial requirements.
- Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify efficiency improvements and transformation opportunities.
- Develop and implement program governance standards, frameworks, and best practices across projects.
- Manage multiple managed service vendors and ensure adherence to contractual obligations,



SLAs, and quality metrics.
- Define project scope, objectives, delivery approaches, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage technology portfolios aligned with organizational business goals and strategic priorities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Create and maintain project plans, budgets, status reports, risk registers, and issue logs.
- Manage project changes, dependencies, schedules, and resource allocation activities.
- Escalate project risks, issues, and critical decisions to executive management and governance boards when required.
- Drive effective risk identification, mitigation planning, tracking, and communication.
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, vendor agreements, and governance processes.
- Lead large transition programs and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Support business growth initiatives and collaborate with sales and vertical teams for infrastructure opportunities.
- Participate in solution development, estimation, pricing, proposal preparation, and customer presentations.
- Monitor service delivery performance and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and operational best practices.
- Drive operational excellence through KPI, SLA, and performance management.
- Lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, networking, storage, and data center domains.
- Provide executive-level reporting and strategic insights to leadership teams.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence across the organization.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 15 to 20 years of overall experience in Infrastructure Services, Technology Delivery, and Program Management.
- Minimum 14+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale delivery organizations.
- Proven experience managing teams of 60-100+ professionals across infrastructure and operations functions.
- Strong expertise in Data Center, Storage, Networking, Security, and Infrastructure Technologies.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes, service management frameworks, and operational governance.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-customer infrastructure portfolios and managed services engagements.
- Experience delivering large fixed-cost programs, transformation initiatives, and complex transitions.




- Strong business acumen with understanding of revenue management, gross margins, invoicing, and financial governance.
- Experience managing vendor ecosystems, third-party service providers, and strategic partnerships.
- Ability to drive cross-selling initiatives and collaborate with business units to grow infrastructure business.
- Strong experience in solution design, effort estimation, commercials, and proposal management.
- Proven leadership in building high-performing teams and developing future delivery leaders.
- Strong operational management capabilities with focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience establishing governance models, delivery frameworks, and reporting structures.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced delivery environments.
