FURNITURE COMPANY
- Production Management: Plan, schedule, and supervise daily activities of workers assembling, machining, and finishing furniture.
- Quality Control: Ensure products meet company standards, industry specifications (e.g., ISO, BIS), and client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage staff performance, including hiring and scheduling shifts.
- Safety & Maintenance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
- Resource Coordination: Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with purchasing/logistics to prevent shortages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
