ob Purpose

We are looking for a responsible person to monitor daily production activities and ensure that the manufactured material meets the required quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Production

- Monitor daily production as per the production plan.
- Maintain grade-wise and batch-wise production records.
- Check raw material feeding and finished material output.
- Monitor production quantity, wastage and recovery.
- Coordinate with machine operators and production labour.
- Ensure correct grade/product is manufactured as per instructions.
- Monitor machine/process parameters during production.
- Report production breakdowns, abnormalities or excessive wastage.
- Maintain daily production reports.
- Check opening stock, production quantity and finished material generated.

Quality Control

- Collect samples from every production batch/lot.
- Conduct routine quality checks during and after production.
- Ensure finished material meets approved specifications before packing.
- Maintain batch-wise QC records.
- Maintain reference samples of manufactured batches where required.




- Immediately report any quality deviation to management.
- Hold/reject material that does not meet approved quality specifications.
- Coordinate with production staff for correction of off-spec material.
- Monitor consistency of quality between different production batches.

Key Quality Parameters

Depending on the product/grade, the employee should monitor parameters such as:

- Particle size / mesh
- D50 / D97 where applicable
- Whiteness
- Moisture
- Bulk density
- Coating quality
- Oil absorption
- Powder flow
- Appearance and colour
- Any customer-specific specification

Daily Reporting The employee should submit a daily report covering:
- Grade-wise production quantity
- Batch numbers
- Production hours
- Raw material consumption
- Production wastage/rejection
- QC test results
- Approved quantity
- Rejected/Hold quantity
- Production or quality issues
- Corrective action taken

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Udaipur, Rajasthan
