Role Description The Production Manager role at Reel 9 Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Production

Manager oversees end-to-end project execution, from initial planning and resource allocation to delivery, ensuring that all multimedia projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with creative, technical, and client-facing teams; managing production schedules and budgets; tracking progress; and resolving issues that might impact timelines or output.



The role also involves maintaining transparent communication with clients on project status, supporting process improvements, and guiding the production team to meet performance and workflow expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong production management and project coordination skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Experience working with multimedia, animation, design, or video production teams and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic understanding of digital workflows and file management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and consistency.
- Leadership experience, including guiding teams, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative working culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in film production, media, communications, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within a creative or media environment is preferred.
