- Production Planning: Create daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules to hit target delivery dates.
- Process Supervision: Allocate and monitor work across departments like wax modeling, casting, filing, assembly, plating, and stone setting.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces, minimize rejection/deflect rates, and ensure adherence to strict craftsmanship standards.
- Resource & Karigar Management: Supervise artisans manage raw material inventory (gold and gemstones), and control wastage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- Jewelry sales: 3 years (Required)
