Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. Ensure production targets are achieved on time and as per quality standards . Prepare production schedules based on customer orders and business requirements.

Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources effectively. Monitor production processes and identify delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues. Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, Maintenance, and Project teams .

Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize production wastage. Maintain production records, daily reports, and performance data. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety rules, and workplace discipline.

Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns. Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Supervise and guide production supervisors, technicians, and workers.

Conduct regular production meetings and communicate targets to the team. Ensure finished products meet required quality and customer specifications. Handle production-related problems and provide timely solutions.

Support management in capacity planning, manpower planning, and production strategy.
