- Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and organized *Production Manager*to manage the complete fashion production process, from design development and fabric sourcing to final delivery. The candidate will coordinate with designers, vendors, manufacturers, quality-control teams, and internal departments to ensure that all products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

- Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and monitor the complete production cycle for garments and fashion products.

- - Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, merchandisers, vendors, and manufacturers.

- - Convert approved designs and tech packs into production-ready garments.

- - Prepare production timelines, Time and Action calendars, and delivery schedules.

- - Source fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, and other production requirements.

- - Coordinate with factories, job workers, suppliers, and production vendors.

- - Negotiate costing, production timelines, minimum order quantities, and commercial terms.

- - Monitor sampling, fit approvals, size sets, pre-production samples, and bulk production.

- - Ensure that garments meet approved specifications, measurements, fitting, finishing, and quality standards.

- - Resolve production delays, quality issues, and operational bottlenecks.

- - Monitor production costs, wastage,



material consumption, and overall efficiency.

- - Supervise production staff and coordinate with quality-control teams.

- - Maintain records of purchase orders, production status, inventory, vendor details, and delivery reports.

- - Coordinate with merchandising, design, sales, finance, and logistics teams.

- - Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished products.

- - Prepare regular production reports for senior management.

- Required Qualifications and Skills
- - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Designing, Apparel Production, Textile Technology, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

- - 5–8 years of relevant experience in fashion or garment production.

- - Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, stitching, finishing, and production processes.

- - Experience in vendor management, sourcing, costing, and negotiations.

- - Good understanding of sampling, fit approvals, quality control, and bulk production.

- - Solid planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

- - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and production-tracking tools.

- - Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- - Willingness to travel to factories, vendors, and production units when required.
